It is ideally situated being just a short drive away from the sandy beaches of the South Coast of Devon and the beautiful scenery of Dartmoor.

Orchard House stands beneath an old cider orchard with large mature gardens and ample private parking. It offers high quality accommodation with three en-suite bedrooms and a spacious sitting and dining area where breakfasts are served on large platters from which to help yourself, using local produce and homemade preserves.

South Hams

The South Hams enjoys one of the mildest climates in Britain and is an area of exceptional beauty and contrast with river estuaries and rolling hills surrounding pretty villages and historic towns such as Tones, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe.

With sixty miles of some of the most varied and spectacular coastline and beaches, it is a rural landscape that has hardly changed in centuries. Overlooking all this are the majestic granite slopes of Dartmoor, England's greatest expanse of Wilderness.

The South Hams is a unique holiday destination worthy of its national status as a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
